Downtown Motel Woodward

Stayed here with my friend Shelley. This place was perfect for the week stay , room was clean , air worked great , fridge ,coffee maker and microwave worked great. Convenient store right next door . I loved how when the sweet lady cleaned our room she made a swan out of a towel , really cute touch . Thank you . Will definitely make this place my stop again .

This is the best kept secret in Woodward. The room was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! No amenities to speak of that you find in larger chains, buy the attention to cleanliness is superior to hotels that are over twice the cost. I have stayed at several hotels in Woodward, and was reluctant to choose this one due to the low price point, and no affiliation. I was quite pleased! The A/C rocks, but the hot water is not endless like in a larger hotel. That's the only minor critique I have. Way better than expected in this price point!

We stayed last Saturday in room 29. The room was large and very clean; cleaner than the Best Western we stayed in the previous night at double the price. Two beds. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. The bathroom and an exhaust fan. We arrived later than we planned and Heather who checked us in called us to find out when we would arrive since they close the office at 9:00. They have a diner on sight that wasn't open, but Heather gave us a recommendation for the Polly Anna Diner a few blocks away where we had an enjoyable breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and visiting with Heather and her husband, Lester. Very nice people.

For the price it can't be beat. It's the best place to stay for a quick overnight on the way through the panhandle or a stop at the caverns. My room was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred an extra lock on the door for security but everything was fine. The parking lot was safe as well for overnight parking. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to drive in same day and get a room. The breakfast diner downstairs is definitely the move for breakfast. There's a fabulous mexican restaurant around the corner, you could walk if you need to.

The outside may look a little dated but the rooms are great. Everything was clean, the room smelled nice, bed comfortable, ac cold, and the staff was kind. Great value. I've stayed in hotels in Woodward much more expensive, but not nearly as nice. Definitely a hidden gem.

Clean room, price was good. Hard pillows and no blow dryer though.

This place IS the place to stay if you are in Woodward. The rooms are excellent and clean. Huge mini fridge! Beds were so comfy!! There is an excellent diner in the hotel with good prices. It’s a great location. And the rates are incredible!! You will get way more than you pay for! Besides all the great clean and comfortable amenities this hotel offers, the manager was awesome! Jose is such a great host. A very good and respectable man that really does well in making his customers feel at home away from home. This is definitely a 5 star hotel and Jose is a 10 star guy! I honestly hated to leave. But if you are anywhere near this area you will get the best service at the best rates. I was genuinely shocked at how nice this hotel is and how great the staff is considering how low the rates are. I travel for work on wind turbines, so I experience ALOT of hotels, and by far, this was one of the best I’ve stayed in. I would recommend Jose and his place to anyone, anytime. A true gold standard.
